The staff were friendly and helpful. Their service was excellent. I found a well-kept swimming pool area. The hotel's location is excellent, it provides easy access to town. I enjoyed having a large sunny terrace for breakfast.
The gym gets quite busy during peak hours. I hope the hotel can address this slight inconvenience soon.

My room included a well-stocked minibar (with reasonably priced drinks). The air conditioning worked very efficiently during the warm days. It was convenient to have a safe to store valuables.

This hotel is amazing. It is close to the train station. It is also very close to the bus station, if you prefer that option for traveling to Lisboa. The staff is great. Beatrice was very helpful. The breakfast is good!!!
Signage within Block A was inadequate. I got lost a few times. It was hard to find my way around.

the hotel had a great location close to the train station. there was a nice pool on site with free shuttle buses to the beach. it was a ten minute walk to the city center
our room was far from reception and the bar area it was the furthest possible. there were no porters available at check in or check out so i carried our cases

The room walls seemed thin. i could hear doors slamming often and noise from adjacent rooms. the gym equipment showed signs of age. Some pieces was rusty. i found that unacceptable. Given expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the hotel location was great to see the marina. the hotel was nice and the staff in the restaurants were really nice. i found a large outdoor parking area. i used the free shuttle bus to the beach and it was an added bonus.
the pool area was run down and there were seagulls swimming in the pool. i didn't like that there was no music played around the pool. the bathroom felt dated. there was no kettle.

I found the breakfast selection extensive and varied (the pastries were very good!). The gardens presented beautiful scenery. I appreciated being within walking distance of both the beach and the marina. The staff were very helpful.
The hotel is showing its age. Certain areas need refurbishment.
